I had been in communication with the project managing engineering firm for the bridge.
There's actually a lot of English speaking businesspeople in the Ifakara region, just drop them an email or a Facebook message and they will gladly discuss the bridge with you.
I am sure I put up a link to all the pics, I'll have a look after work.
