Financially it doesn't make any sense to install a 2MT plant when you know that you are close to exceeding that capacity. Costs more to expand then to build straight up.
Considering we are already at 40% with one of the 7 mou's we can assume we will exceed 100%. While we lost one of the eight we also picked up some recent interest from that Chinese bus builder.
I highly doubt we will start with 2MT.
