Worse has come.

The notional tax liability on the unrealised capital gain of my MGC investment is getting worse. It's now equivalent to the purchase price of a new car.

Oh no, why didn't I listen to the worse is yet to come people? Then I wouldn't have this tax problem.

Why isn't the Australian Government helping me? Afterall, I'm just a kindly benefactor helping out the Australian dairy industry at a time of low global dairy prices and a downturn in Chinese demand.
