Hey, just going over historical data and my tottal lack of geo knowledge is raising questions. Also may save hours of resurch if some one who has allready done it would be kind enough to share.
Firstly the mining carried out historically was pic n shovel type stuff. Vertical trenching done by hand. Does anyone know if modern day drilling has ever been conducted. My question relates to historical records all only to 15m depth could this be based only on vertical intercepts or would the geos in the 80's have determined that was the extent of depth based on angle of pegmatite and averaged it. Probably a ridiculous question but any help would be greatly appreciated.
