The new rotor design will produce more lift, since the rotor angle of attack and swept area of the blades has increased.
This would require less RPM to achieve the same lift as the previous design.
I have a theory that the blades might be curved in their cross section so that when the blades are folded they will hug the shape of the roam-e when it is in storage. the angle of attack seems to be locked at 45degrees. with no possibility for a variable pitch system, looking at the fact thatt he blades are locked into a horizontal hub and blade grip, with no capability for twisting possible with this design.
