Wasted an hour of my time this morning.
ASIC - have no policy of such and cannot advise. They suggested I talk to the ASX.
ASX have no policies or concerns with my scenario; however suggested I speak to Computershare to double check they didn't have any relevant policies.
Computershare said they had no problems with uptaking both and said "we would not do anything to endanger our investors - you received two (individual and partnership) offers to THX SPP), thus you are eligible to participate as both an individual and a partnership.
