Thought Id just repost this again to emphasis the numbers of electric cars to be manufactured in 2020 in China alone.
Excluding Trucks,Buses and Electric bikes.
If all the other Car manufacturers in the World in combination merely match this then Your looking at 10,000,000 (10 million)cars manufactured a year by 2020.

Any talk of Lithium oversupply by 2018 do not have any idea of the momentum in Electric Vehicle research and development.
Have no idea about the capacity required for 12 Gigafactories.
Have no idea of the Race occurring with New Electric Vehicle manufacturers such as Google,Faraday et al.
Have no idea about the huge amounts of Lithium required for electric self storage for individual houses and community projects.

Anyone talking about oversupply has done limited research (Shiit for brains)and no idea about China and the EV and ESS revolution.

There is a Tsunami of Lithium need building and PLS has $48,000,000,0000 ($10-$12k old pricing) to $99,500,000,000 ($25k current pricing) of it with 3.9MT of LCE.
