Let's see. Might be making the current batch of start-ups sweat a little - that is to have all these reports of parity mineralisation hitting the market news reels on a daily basis. TAW yesterday looked OK for example. This was inevitable for the sector, as the early entrants generally went to historical tantalum pits and developed spodumene resources from there (or nearologies from there on). But spodumene bearing pegmatities are much more pervasive in geological terrains than just localised to high grade near surface tantalum indicators. Especially for spodumene around the 25% mark in both homogenous albite associations and more complex zoned rocks, like Greenbushes, at around 50% spodumene in resource. Greenbushes being the freak, for which one junior, may one day stumble across an analogy - which makes the sector worth following. Anything less that makes it to production will possibly be toyed with by the Chinese refiners for little shareholder gain (ala Galaxy v.1.) until brine production expands sufficiently.
