Possibly some like yourself are looking at acceptance at the last minute so as not to tie up there holdings, especially if the offer as you fear could be extended.
Strange position to be in as that would require holding until acceptance anyway.
I preferred to vote with my feet so I accepted rather than sold as I would hold regardless.
