The amount of drug is given as a percentage, but a percentage of what? Weight by volume? Volume by volume? Their previous release "Encouraging results from safety test" gave the weights of five rats injected with their drug and said that meant it was safe. There were no control rats to compare them to though. I think some of their reporting is questionable.
It looks like the SP is up ~23% on this news too.
