Unless there is a buyer for their assets or a t/o which can be possible although unlikely as PVE is running out of gas to sell and money to carry on even pay their managements with shares ? One consolation is that the founder still buying ? There must be buyers for their assets ? I assume ?
In my opinion if there are buyers for your shares at this stage you should sell while you can , for me the company day is over and shareholders have been screwed ? Hunter hall did not even buy any more during the right issues at 0.5 cents each ? They bought between $1.75 and $0.20 over the years and still on the top twenty holders.
Time to get out and start afresh !
