Yeah it does seem like a small amount, but I'd rather a small amount than to face heavy dilution. If this will get them through the next few months and allow them to continue to demonstrate growth, then hopefully the shares will rerate to something closer to their fair value.

I would have liked the retail investors to have an opportunity to participate but I guess that would have been prohibitively costly.

The investors definitely got a good deal with those options though.
