If I have a SMSF in accumulation mode, is it correct to believe that I can claim the fees of a financial planner (who set up the SMSF and gives "advice" on the investments) as well as the usual costs of administering the fund? So in numbers, if I have 1 mill in the fund and it earns 50,000 for the year, I can take out the costs ( listed above) i.e. 16000, leaving 34000 to be taxed at 15%. Am I right? Look forward to your thoughts.
    PS I am 57 y.o.
