Can an experienced charter please tell me if the inverted hammer on Jul 29th for VPC is bullish or not. I've looked at the daily 3 mth and daily 6mth charts.
My research shows it could be the reversal of a significant downtrend with some signifigant upside potential from current levels.
Just like some experienced chartistist to assist me with my knowledge and confirm or contradict my observations.
