In summary and very, very, quickly:
AVQ was a granted license over the San Jorge tenement which is equally of good grades and volumes to Isabel. It just has not been JORC'd like Isabel. But it is expected to contain similar value. This license cannot be contested. It is rightfully Axiom's.
Should the decision for some strange and illogical reason not go their way on Isabel, then they will move straight to San Jorge.
Again I stress and you may be missing the point, it is all about the LANDOWNERS. They decide ultimately who will mine THEIR LAND. We have all these landowners backing AVQ and throwing their support behind the company because as landowners, they will actually have an equity stake in this company and a very generous one at that.
Ryan Mount lives in the SI's now, married a SI lady and speaks the language. He is held in the highest regard and has all the blessing of the people. That is what counts.
Please have a read on the history of Axiom Mining and its strong ties to the Solomon Islands and what they have done for the people, the communities, schools, education, training etc etc....
Then, and only then, tell me why these same people would turn their backs on the hand that has fed them!!!!
