    Or a smart operator would have used the "Breakdown in procedures" reason as to why not all shareholders received the SPP and there is now an extension of SPP. Regardless if that's the real reason for the extension. Good cover story. imo.
    AND then, actually find out why the stuff up!!
    I'm a habitual sceptic but there seems to be a lot. I know the Postmaster General 'aint
    as good as he once was... but?
