    Thanks for the good replies guys.

    I am invested in both vein and flake. But the ratio between the two is something I ponder on daily.

    One of these days I'll google 'vertical integration' so that I understand what you're talking about @nasabear

    One thing I can agree on is that graphene is the next gold. And I also made the comparison to early days of Aluminium.. how can one not! It seems like history will repeat.

    The only question is what developments will occur in production of graphene and how long it will be (when, not if) before someone figures out how to manufacture high purity graphene without having to start with extremely high purity ore.

    Also what applications will be developed that function without extremely pure and defect-free graphene sheets.

    Finally, what is China cooking up behind closed doors? I visit China a couple of times per year and the country is accelerating so rapidly toward being a technological leader. What are the chances that this massive producer of products with its own internal graphite resources will simply beat the rest of the world to the punch line on graphene?
