the $90+m is more correct.
The 14m is not accounting for all the shares that are escrowed and milestoned.
Yes $90m seems high, but they are also very close to an actual product.
Black Dart is meant to be providing the last of the feedback before they finalize their first launch product.
Then throughout 2017 they intend to adjust the product and launch it for each of the different sectors.
Combine that with the fact that they are already receiving Grants and Partnerships... the current price feels right to me.
All of the focus is on the Defence applications... but for me, this Sector is what provides the funding for the research and development.
The real Revenue comes from the other sectors.
Example - Prisons
US has 1800 Federal Prisons and 3200 local/county Jails.
Just looking at the Federal ones... to stop the trafficking of Drugs and Weapons via drones.
The System cost itself is expected to range from $250k - $1m depending on the size required.
But that is not where the money is to be made.
The real money is to be made from the Service Agreement... keeping it all running and updated.
Similar with the Tourist/Event industry.
It's all about the scale of the market, and the Annual revenue from Service Agreements!
