My take is :-
Revenue down = losing customers
Profit before tax down $1.7m = effect of fixed costs
Profit after tax down = possible investment in systems of $1.5 m [ less redundancy costs ]
Aim is to regain market share.
It will take time. [ its not a matter of put down a drill hole and hit 150m of 3% Cu ]
