Most religion also have some chain of command. Islam has no formal chain of command or authority - hence the lawlessness and hence the nutjobs who are at worst, poor misguided "brothers" instead of the enemies of society.

So do you blame the killing of millions of innocent people in the US led middle eastern wars on Christianity or atheism?

Face the facts, terrorism was not a problem till the inside job of 9/11 and the illegal wars for oil and resources that followed.
