This is typical for a PPP tip. Had my orders in but missed out so have cancelled them. Don't want to get caught out on the forthcoming dump. Cant prove anything but very suspicious of the rise before the share tip went out. If you look at the buyers and sellers it gives you a good idea of how these tips are good for pumps and dumps.
