Maybe Mr/Ms PhillW it wasnt a giveaway price. We know nothing COP know just about everything about what they may or may not have so maybe the price was a generous one. I doubt COP would make a poor decision knowing what they may or may not have in the ground.
We don't know what we don't know so everything is just speculation and its either realisitc speculation or fairyland speculation depending if one is a realist or a dreamer.
