Another point being if they did make a takeover and the SP went to a $1 it would be more than EGO could pay under the terms of the deal and ERM could claim every thing then MIN would have 19.9% of the office for there large amount shares they purchased.
Unless they but more in which would be wasted by making a takeover to soon.
