Pickled fish salad
Cut four fillets into smaller fillets
Marinate for at least ½ hour in the following:
100 ml distilled vinegar
100 ml water:
50 gm brown sugar honey or maple syrup
5 gm salt
Cut four fillets into smaller fillets
Serve on bread and / or with salad greens
