I wouldn't count cash from exercise of options. That will be burnt.
One billion shares fully diluted at 4c is $40M market cap (10X what the asset was purchased for)
Why do you think GlenEagles sold this asset for CAN$4M? In my opinion it is a very poor quality resource and hence the decision to offload it to a junior Australian company looking to take advantage of the current "lithium hype".
