read this re call ctres hi everyone, just thought i'd bring you up to speed as to what's happening within the call ctres around australia
as we all know a major cost to business is wages
in order in part to lower the workforce and also in part 'to meet the forecasts both work numbers and financials' some wise foke at tls have decided to ramp up the kpi's (key performance indicators)to be achieved by the current call ctre staff and also associated stress levels
what their (mgmt) are asking for is less time on the phone and more sales dollars at the end of the day
some staff have had enough with the unrealistic targets and have decided either:
1- tell mgmt to take their job and ......
2-accept any redundancy package recently offered and leave!!!!
3-go and find a new job
its got that bad that in some cases even the trainers have had enough and are also considering leaving meaning theres not many around to train the new chimps who surprise surprise will be on contracts and much lower wages than those who left before them
T3 no thanks
as the old saying goes- better value elsewhere!
