Sounds like they are more of a data centre property trust than a data centre operator, a bit like the data centre owner NXT hived off a couple of years ago. NXT has since reversed this strategic initiative by stating it will retain ownership of the new facilities it is building.
It raises the question of whether NXT has overseas expansion plans, with Asia being a logical choice?
