As I have already said, from what I understand if there is less than a 1% change in holding the market doesn't need to be notified. I can't remember exactly how much holding FJ had since the raising but he didn't take up all his rights and I think it was somewhere around mid 10%. The supporting evidence is from the Hartleys report posted on here.
I have emailed the analyst to confirm if his holding is now 9.9% and will report back if anyone is interested.
