Tight hole policy has caused this situation.
All those hints by FAR videos and Time cover spoofs etc
Now Team FAR have to sell FAR for a much as possible which means not blinking to WPL and say they intend to exercise the pre-emptive rights.
Ideally the JV releases new depth mapping, new 3S field size and new RISC numbers.
Then announce that the JV love the project, thank COP for its wonderful contribution and both parties are going to take up there rights.
Who gives a hoot to WPL!
