I understand the time that DD takes. Very well in fact. The point I am making is that the time should have been spent prior to the acquisition announcement and binding HOA in April. If it had been done then to a reputable standard then the time frame to satisfy the ASX requests would have been markedly shorter than what we are seeing now, as all the information and documentation would have been on hand. It's less than ideal coming across red flags after entering into a binding HOA and announcing it to the world, adequate DD would have been welcomed beforehand.
