Well, it's exactly that fear stopping everyone from going gangbusters, and it never hurts to repeat it.
As for when/how long, I wouldn't know but invite one of our resident experts to give us a clue. What indicators would they be looking for and at what stage would an announcement be warranted?
Speaking of indicators, the only indicator we can look at is what is happening to the sp on the market; so far so good, I think.
