Ozblue, I hear your concerns though I will cut management some slack as they still have plenty of skin in the company. Director buying of shares in their own company can be overplayed/overhyped. To illustrate the point, I own shares in a Texan oil producer, Maverick Drilling (MAD). One of their directors bought 2.2M shares for 49c on-market back in September 2013 for almost $1.1m. The stock currently trades at 9.8c having recovered from a low of just under 5c about a month ago. The director in question is still down $900K on that transaction.
