adi could be legally exposed. Rice01, I also read this info on the couch website.I found it to be somewhat ambiguous or even misleading, particularly the bit of speculation on oil. Given that this info is out there, I am disappointed that ADI didn't at least provide some clarification because we now have a misinformed or noninformed market.Everybody is trying to read between the lines.It may be that there are confidential or commercial considerations in the event ADI et al wish to pick up surrounding acreage.They would do this , assuming the acreage was available, if there was a likely extension into the property next door. If this is the case then I can understand the very conservative announcement. Otherwise a little more info would have been helpful. There are legal precedents that may expose ADI to a shareholder claim if a shareholder can demonstrate selling losses due to insufficient info being released in a timely fashion.
