I came to a price of 23.5c in my of my previous posts and our method of arrival at this figure is unlikely to be the same. Now if you come from a different direction and still arrive at almost the same figure, that mark must be fairly realistic true or false?

Could also be that WPL is starting to think they made a mistake in such a low bid, as this has now enabled the other partners to come in. They only have to match. they don't even need to over bid. Are they that crazy?

Of course, another scenario is that WPL thinks it's such a good price that it can afford to give FAR an offer that it cannot possibly refuse and push it thru past CNE! Hopefully way above 24c.
