Yeah the shareholders got shafted at that discount and we still feel the pain of cheap insto shares flooding the market who clearly weren't interested in holding. I understand that a presentation could suggest a CR but it's not as bad of a thing as last time when the MMJ was much more of a speculative stock. It may now be offered to retailers, instos could be offered less of a discount, money could be sourced from elsewhere as a above and a CR not happen at all. Leading up to lucky lake it could be likely though.
