Waddis it's good to hear from someone in the Aviation industry that has had some experience with Service bulletins. I've done some work in the Non Destructive testing field, just ultrasonic testing level 1 (thickness testing). Not in aviation but I can see the merit of having a system like SMS installed in the aircraft. It doesn't rely on a human interpreting the output on the screen of a UT set.
