Let's face it DD when has an SP ever hit the price put in a broker report.
Their value imo lies in analysis they provide, because it offers a view of how the professionals see and value things, but their target prices are usually too optimistic and that's either because they have stock to sell (worst case) or best case some of their assumptions are out.
