If the Tullow sp goes down enough - the scrip option will be ignored and we will all take the cash (in the event of a successful SOA of course).
If this occurs, the cash Tullow need to fund (they are debt funding this) doubles. If this occurs while the poo remains soft, I imagine their bankers may become nervous.
This is becoming better than a soap opera.
However, whatever happens, Potter and the Chairman from the Woodisde accounts department will neeed to resign.
