re: p.s all clear now There was a reason as to why the AGM was held just days after the expiry of options ... I had bought options and had 'converted' them on September 21, yet I am still waiting to receive official notification that I have shares in GCR. That also means that I was unable to get a proxy to vote in the AGM, particularly of the Westchester receiving 50m options.
Funny about that ...
