The others you mention seem to have very large partners in the back ground with $$$$$ just waiting.
History may show a liking of KZL dirt for sometime, watching and waiting and the misfortune of others gave the opportunity to pick its bones, once what is/was a dream is now a headache/heartache, as we await the rise of the Phoenix which we all hope for however there are other companies that will possibly be able to pick the bones again!
