The sound cards in computers these days have a lot of features but they have one thing lacking and that is a high quality audio amplifier. Most PC card amps are .5 of a watt per channel and that is why the sound quality is a bit sad.
Who would be interested in a plug and play PCI slot audio amp add on that can either be 10 watts per channel stereo or 2o watts per channel in quad with a serarate sub woofer output? Or any combination in between. This means that you can hook up decent book shelf speakers and have true HiFi Sound.
Thoughts please.
