Everyone has heard on TV and news that big fund managers and institutions are hoarding records amount of cash. They have nowhere to put these cash to use. Near 0% interest rate, they don't want resources, don't want banks, don't want consumer staples. So they just keep pumping money into the few healthcare and consumer discretionary stocks like DMP and ALL, which they already owns huge amounts.
What I am saying is this - ACR is not a bad little stock, no debt and paying good divs. Throw some money this way.
