More importantly and first and foremost I look at resource and management because good shares follow good management. Leave management out of the equation and it's not often a pretty picture. PLS began with a stunning resource and it still is. Management are catching up and I'm very happy to see NB move onto his next.

Case in point is that I'm currently investing in a minnow with a complex situation. Mostly based on the fact that the CEO is very impressive and that is very rare on the ASX. I don't buy a piece of paper with a value. I buy a company and I want to see really passionate and effective management that always think of existing holders first. We are the company and it is our dollars they are playing with. Doesn't matter if it's $1000 or $1,000,000 it's all relative.

The question is if 60c could be $1 which would you prefer.

One thing I can say is I write what I think regardless of disagreeing with friends or what stock I hold. I can promise you that often what is written here is often different to what is said behind closed doors. There are rampers selling and down rampers buying.

There is not a single poster here I don't like. Everyone has an opinion whether I like it or not. But then I'm not suffering through a Melbourne winter right now.
