Several indicators pointing up. MACD crossed the signal line on the 19th, CCI crossed the zero line same day and now heading to +100 buy signal. As far as momentum goes, it's definitely in favour of the bulls. Now would be a good time to buy and catch the trend as it heads north. Needs volume to really get going though.
