Request for Voluntary Suspension Extension
The Directors of xTV Networks Limited (ASX:XTV
)
request an extension of the voluntary suspension of trading of
the securities of the Company pending an announcement regarding
its restructuring arrangements
.
The Company requests the securities remain in suspension until the earlier of the announcement
to the market or the commencement of trade on Monday 15th August 2016.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be
extended.
