Accaeric - Companies out there already cutting out the middle man - look at BNXT connects employers with potential people 24hr pd 365 a year whether you have a job or not..... employer seeks people skills quals hrs etc and db connects info/employer/person - this is not advertising a job but connecting people with potential employers (no I'm not promoting because you can not but shares in it - but I think once it catches on this company will do OK and will probably be bought out)
