I would have thought that if Landau's and some of his associated entities assets are frozen by ASIC. (As noted in the experts report)

Any debts(s) owed to Landau and or the associated entities that have their assets frozen would count as assets and as such could not be "excused" by Landau with out ASIC's consent? (It was noted in the experts report that there could be a future claim)

Maybe the supposed talk of Landau excusing the debt is nothing more than a crock of sh/: to make the books look better? Or could it just be a desperate attempt to salvage $1,236,000.00 from real creditors?

I don't think BMZ / Landau will get this one past ASIC.
