RVY – Rift Valley Resources Ltd. engages in the development and exploration of mineral properties - Gold and other minerals (Copper, REE)
It operates through the following geographic segments: Australia, Tanzania, and Angola.
Its portfolio includes Ozango, Kitongo, and Miyabi gold projects.
SP: $0.03 (April Placement of 60M shares for $1.5M to Aus / UK Soph & Instos @ 0.025)
MC: $16.7M
Shares: ~550M
Cash ~$720k (March qtrly) including Placement funds. Will prob need another raise during this qtr at some point. Decent drill results will possibly help raise at higher premium.
T20 (April 2016 Presso) ~ 40% with T100 @ 73%. Two of the Dir's also hold 5.3% between them.
