But that's just it, WPL cannot increase it's bid. What they agreed to pay stays. FAR and CNE only need to match that and WPL loses out.

I think FAR (contrary to my initial shocked reaction) is very lucky that WPL's offer is so low, else it would have been much harder to raise the money needed to pre empt.

I now feel that there is only one way which this will go, pre empt. Only one thing stands in
the way, money. Let's hope that FAR is busy in the kitchen cooking up something. Nothing will happen without a white knight or funds. Rn and GR will be earning their options in the next 3 weeks I would guess.
