As far as I'm aware, France had nothing to do with the middle eastern conflicts until the Paris terror attacks? France became involved after some islamist flogs decided to kill some westerners on French soil. France is hitting back.
I guess it's like when Israel defends itself from islamists, the left love to blame the victim.
